High performance athlete and champion, Caio, develops the Team Pannain training and technical content.

Since he was very young, Caio has always practiced different sports.. He has a solid career spanning more than 10 years in bodybuilding and became a professional after becoming two-time champion of the Arnold Classic Ohio in 2015.

He also stood out as a Judo and Jiu-Jitsu athlete, winning many important titles. In addition to other achievements, he is two-time Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Champion and five-time State Judo Champion of Rio de Janeiro..

Graduated in Physical Education, works as a Personal Trainer and prepares high-performance athletes for more than 7 years.
