Ricardo Pannain will present many innovations in the format and contents of his seminars in 2023. Enhanced by the presence of multi-champion Francielle Mattos, the seminar in Gramado/RS will take place on the 26 March 2023, at the Exercit Fitness gym at 9:00. This meeting will discuss different nuances and techniques for the preparation of high-performance athletes, using Francielle's preparation for the last Olympia as the main object of study.
