This year was incredible for Team Pannain, but particularly one of the most memorable and proudest moments, went to see Karina putting on a real show on the professional stages in 2023. We are not referring “only” to the athlete’s physique, which improves with each event., but to the set presented, with great elegance and a contagious light that emanates from Karina's every movement.
It is worth noting that Karina is one of the greatest inspirations we have ever seen in our sport, not just for younger athletes who experience the difficulties of preparation, but for everyone who is older and hesitates to compete, or even hesitate to start training. Karina has 49 years of age and competes on equal terms with much younger athletes, always achieving excellent results.
Congratulations Karina, continue to be a great inspiration to everyone. Team Pannain is very proud of you!
