“Do you have any idea what it’s like to be a 3X Olympia champion??
We are talking about work that began in 2018, a union that I never had any doubt would be very successful. But if I say that I imagined we would win the Olympia three times in a row, I would be lying to you. For the simple reason that winning an Olympia is literally an impossible mission, imagine holding the title for three consecutive years. Believe, Defending the title is infinitely more difficult than winning it. It's not easy to arrive at the highly contested event as the athlete to beat, and we know how hard all the other athletes work to reach the top. It's a psychological game and a pressure you can't measure.
In this preparation we changed many aspects and trained like never before, but again the big difference was our synergy, mutual respect and understanding.
We won, Fran, in fact they are 5 years together and undefeated!
Rest assured that we will continue working intensely and with the same humility as always., but also knowing our responsibility to the category.
